Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving any product to notify us if they wish to return it. The product must then be returned to us within a further 14 days from this notification.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging and labels intact. Returns of opened or partially consumed products will not be accepted.
4. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is faulty, or if an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and will cover all shipping costs in these circumstances.
